Order

We recommend placing your order online,  at least 3 days in advance, to ensure all the items you want are available.

Orders made after 9pm will be considered as orders made on the following day.

To cancel your order, please leave your request and invoice number via our WhatsApp business number 80115451.

Cancellation made between 4 to 7 days before the event date.

  • Subjected to 50% refund. Refunds will be made within 4 days.


Cancellation made 3 days or less, before the event date. 

  • Strictly NO refund.

Request for postponement has to be made at least 3 days before the event date. Otherwise, it will be considered as a cancellation. Please refer to our cancellation policy.

No, we accept online orders only. For big orders (at least 50 pax), you may request for quotation via email or WhatsApp.

No, we do not accept walk-in purchases at this time. We will be available for walk-ins soon. Check our social media profile for updates.

A minimum order of $30 is required, excluding delivery fees and add-on services.

You will receive an invoice via the email address you stated at checkout.

Please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not in your spam/junk folder, please contact us via our WhatsApp business number at 80115451.

Amendment of order has to be made at least 3 days before delivery or collection. 

Only exchanges of items of the same amount are allowed.

There will be no refund for any cancellations made 3 days or less, before the event date. However, we will do our best to accommodate your change of delivery location if needed (subject to availability).

We recommend customers to have backup plans in case of unfavourable weather conditions.

Please call the driver, if the order is not received within the delivery time slot. Details of the order including contact number of the driver, will be provided to you, once your order has been picked up from our store.

For missing or incorrect items, please call us at 80115451 immediately (within the hour) upon receiving order from the driver.

For self-collection order, please check and ensure all items are correct, before leaving our store. 

Delivery/Self collection

Please leave your request and invoice number via our WhatsApp business number 80115451, at least 4 hours before the planned delivery time. There will be administrative fees incurred.

We will do our best to accommodate the changes if the situation allows.

Please ensure there is someone on your behalf at the delivery location if you are unable to be there at the time of delivery. You will be notified with the delivery details once your order has been picked up from our store. Do note that there may be charges by the delivery party for re-deliveries or for the inconvenience caused. Alternatively, you may request the driver to drop off the order despite no one at the location. Doing so will be at your own risk. Perap BBQ and the driver will not be responsible for any missing items. 

We provide doorstep delivery service at $25 per delivery. The driver will send the order directly to your BBQ pit or your exact chosen location. Places not accessible by lift will be delivered to the ground floor only.

Free deliveries for orders of $350 or more, excluding delivery fees and add-on services.

Our delivery schedule is : 

11am – 12pm, 2pm – 3pm, 3pm – 4pm, 4pm – 5pm, and 5pm – 6pm.

 

Please be at the location to receive the order at your selected time slot. For example, if you’ve selected a 2pm – 3pm slot, please be at the location by 2pm. 

Our self-collection timing is from 11am to 5pm. You will be prompted to select the time range upon checkout. Please keep to the time slot you selected for collection. There will be administrative fee for postponement of collection. If you are no longer able to self-collect at the last minute, please arrange your own delivery for pickup. We might be able to assist to arrange delivery but at extra charge.

We do not deliver to restricted zones such as Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA ports, SATS, Aerospace zones, shipyards, Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, Airport zones, ALPS Ave, camps, checkpoints, construction sites, and supply bases. 

It is not included in the packages.

Food

While our marinated raw meats are vacuum sealed and will last in the chiller (after defrost) for a few days, we highly recommend that you make separate orders if you have 2 days of BBQ or order BBQ for the day itself.

Refreezing thawed food or leaving raw food out in the open for an extended period of time is NOT recommended.

No, our items are prepacked. 

No. Our food is prepared upon order. So removing or exchanging food items is not possible.

All items in our packages cannot be removed and/or exchanged. If additional items are required, please purchase them as ala-carte from our menu.

Payment

We accept credit/debit card. All payment has to be made upon order, through this website Perapbbq.com. For payment via PayNow or Bank Transfer, kindly Whatsapp us at 80115451 for the bank details. We DO NOT accept cheques. 

We DO NOT accept payment upon delivery or upon collection.
