Order

We recommend placing your order online,  at least 3 days in advance, to ensure all the items you want are available. If you plan to engage any of our add-on services, please place your order at least 7 days in advance. WhatsApp 80115451 for details.

To cancel your order, please leave your request and invoice number via our WhatsApp business number 80115451.

Cancellation made between 4 to 7 days before the pickup/delivery date.

  • Subjected to 50% refund.

Cancellation made 3 days or less, before the pickup/delivery date.

  • Strictly NO refund.

Request for postponement has to be made at least 7 days before the event date.

If you inform us less than 7 days in advance, a postponement fee of 5% per week will apply, calculated based on the total invoice amount (excluding delivery and add-on services). The maximum postponement period is 4 weeks.

This fee covers the cost of storage space and the inconvenience caused, as we could have accepted other orders for the original date.

Please note that add-on services cannot be postponed with less than 7 days’ notice. In such cases, they will be considered cancelled with no refund.

No, we accept online orders through our website Perapbbq.com. Or you may request for quotation via email or WhatsApp.

No, we do not accept walk-in purchases at this time.

A minimum order of $30 is required, excluding delivery fees and add-on services. A minimum order of $60 is required to engage any of our add-on services.

You will receive an invoice via the email address you stated at checkout.

Amendment of order has to be made at least 3 days before delivery or collection. And still subject to availability.

There will be no refund for any cancellations made 3 days or less, before the event date. However, we will do our best to accommodate your change of delivery location if needed (subject to availability).

We recommend customers to have backup plans in case of unfavourable weather conditions.

For missing or incorrect items, please call us at 80115451 immediately (within the hour) upon receiving order from the driver.

For self-collection order, please check and ensure all items are correct, before leaving our store.

Delivery/Self collection

Yes, you can request a change by contacting us via WhatsApp at 80115451 with your request and invoice number at least 4 hours before your scheduled delivery. We will do our best to accommodate the change, subject to feasibility. A $15 administrative fee will apply for last-minute changes. To avoid this fee, please inform us at least one day in advance.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery location if you are unable to be there at the time of delivery. You will receive an ETA notification once your order has been picked up from our store.

Our delivery personnel can only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes upon arrival. Any delays may disrupt our delivery schedule and could incur additional charges from the delivery provider.

If no one is present, you may request the delivery personnel to leave your order at the location. However, this will be at your own risk, and neither Perap BBQ nor the delivery personnel will be responsible for any missing or damaged items.

We offer doorstep delivery at $25 per trip. During the CNY season, the delivery fee is $33. Our driver will deliver your order directly to your BBQ pit or specified location. For places without lift access, delivery is to the ground floor only, or an additional charge of $10 per floor applies.

Enjoy free delivery for orders of $500 and above (excluding delivery fees and add-on services). This offer is not available during the CNY season or for deliveries to CBD areas, Tuas, Jurong Island, and Sentosa. Free delivery also does not apply outside our standard delivery hours (12pm–6pm).

Our delivery schedule is :

12pm – 1pm, 1pm – 2pm, 2pm – 3pm, 3pm – 4pm, 4pm – 5pm, and 5pm – 6pm.

Please be at the location to receive the order at your selected time slot. For example, if you’ve selected a 2pm – 3pm slot, please be at the location by 2pm.

Our self-collection timing is from 11am to 5pm. You will be prompted to select the time range upon checkout. Please keep to the time slot you selected for collection. If you need to adjust the pickup time, please inform at least a day in advance.  If you are no longer able to self-collect at the last minute, please arrange your own delivery for pickup.

Food

While our marinated raw meats are vacuum sealed and will last in the chiller (after defrost) for a few days, we highly recommend that you make separate orders if you have 2 days of BBQ or order BBQ for the day itself.

Refreezing thawed food or leaving raw food out in the open for an extended period of time is NOT recommended.

No, our items are prepacked.

No. Our food is prepared upon order. So removing or exchanging food items is not possible.

All items in our packages cannot be removed and/or exchanged. If additional items are required, please purchase them as ala-carte from our menu.

Payment

We accept credit/debit card. All payment has to be made upon order, through this website Perapbbq.com. For payment via PayNow or Bank Transfer, kindly Whatsapp us at 80115451 for the details. We DO NOT accept cheques. We also accept payment via GeBiz and Vendors@Gov (at least 2 weeks in advance order confirmation).

We DO NOT accept payment upon delivery or upon collection.
